Jakob is a born and bred Manhattanite who originally lived in Greenwich Village, spent 19 years in Chelsea, and currently resides in the East Village. He is extremely familiar with downtown Manhattan and can guide clients to the right neighborhood dependent upon their needs. He went to high school on the Upper East Side so he is able to service communities throughout the city.Whether you're looking for your first rental, buying a new home or selling and moving on, Jakob is there to help navigate the entire process. Jakob genuinely cares and is invested in each transaction he partakes in. Jakob received a Bachelor's degree from Syracuse University, and then worked in various fields including, but not limited to, fashion, hospitality and sales. When not working he enjoys volunteering, going to art museums, playing tennis, and cooking homemade pasta.
