    Just called in and asked if they were accepting new patients, "yes we are, what insurance do you have?" The receptionist replied. I told her caresource insurance and that's when she told me that they are not accepting anymore new medicaid insurance...

    I just called to see if they was accepting new patients and the lady that answered yelled WHAT? Very rudely at me. So I repeated and she said no not until February. I said ok thank you and she hung up. Very unprofessional.
