Jacqueline (Jacci) Baumann was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. Ms. Baumann graduated summa cum laude from Capital University undergraduate where she triple majored in criminology, psychology and sociology. Ms. Baumann stayed in the Capital family and attended the three-year day program at Capital University Law School, where she graduated in May 2015. While in law school, she competed in the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition and was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. Ms. Baumann has externed for Magistrate Rob Van Schoyck of the Ohio Court of Claims, interned for the Capital University Legal Clinic and the Foster Youth Advocacy Clinic, and interned for the Ohio Department of Public Safety Legal Division. Ms. Baumann is an experienced family law and probate attorney. Within family law, she handles Divorces, Dissolutions, Annulments, Legal Separations, Custody Cases, Grandparent Rights Cases, Child Support Cases, and a variety of other family law matters. Ms. Baumann is also a Guardian ad Litem. Through probate, she works on Private Adoptions, Name Changes, and Estate Administration. She worked for Atkins and Atkins Attorneys at Law from 2015 to 2020 before joining Haynes Kessler Myers and Postalakis in March 2020. She is an active member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association.
