Jake Hughes grew up on a dairy farm outside Menomonie, Wisconsin, where hard work, honesty, and straight talk weren't just values -- they were a way of life. After graduating from Glenwood City High School in 2008, Jake spent nine years at 3M as a process technician and shift lead. While he excelled in leadership, he knew his real passion -- working directly with people -- was being left untapped. A push from a family member in the business led him to real estate, and after his first closing, Jake knew he had found his calling. Jake's approach is simple: educate his clients at every step, stay fully transparent, and respond like their future depends on it -- because it does.
