I am a bilingual Loan Originator and the decisiveness and sense of duty I poses, has lead me to manage our Hispanic division. It is not just being a bilingual Loan Originator that makes the Hispanic Division successful, but the desire that everyone behind it has. Coming from Latin America and experiencing the cultural shock makes me very approachable to our Hispanic community. This is because we are after the same American Dream.
