James Westfall - Broker/Owner James moved to Rincon in 2009 and has been active in the Rincon community with tourism related and animal welfare activities in addition to becoming owner of Island West Properties in 2019. James has over 10 years of experience in real estate sales as well as 25 years of experience in business management and marketing, he holds a degree from Cal Poly Pomona. Juanita Guedea - Sales Agent Juanita has been a Puerto Rico licensed real estate agent for over 20 years. Her experience and deep knowledge of Western Puerto Rico market is evident by her solid customer base and is a valuable asset to the Island West team. Ingrid Badillo - Broker Ingrid is a native of Rincon and has seen our small town grow and thrive her entire lifetime. Kristin Denice - Broker Kristin came to Puerto Rico from Delaware, first seasonally and full time since 2019 when she earned her Puerto Rico broker's license. She has previous experience in the mortgage industry and knows the importance of building client relationships. Kristin is an excellent communicator who understands how to solve problems and get closings done. Justin Turri - Broker Justin has lived in Puerto Rico since 2009, coming here to raise his family. He has experience running his own company as well as with sales and business management, earning his Real Estate Broker's license and joining the Island West Properties team in 2023. Justin's clients deem him an excellent communicator; he has a vast social network in the area and an easy going demeanor that puts clients at ease. Paul is a Puerto Rico native who graduated from the University of Puerto Rico, Bayamon with a degree in Marketing. He joined Island West in 2022 and has brought youthful energy, higher level social media marketing and a fresh approach to our team while seeking as much experience and understanding from the more experienced agents and brokers in our office.
