Isabella C. Dicarlo

Isabella DiCarlo is a member of the Intellectual Property & Technology Practice in Greenberg Traurig's Chicago office. She participates in multiple phases of litigation, including drafting discovery requests and conducting legal research for matters involving breach of contract claims and trademark, copyright, and patent infringement claims. She also assists in the management of domestic and international trademark portfolios, including trademark clearance, procurement, prosecution, and enforcement, and she drafts trademark cease and desist letters and responses to trademark and copyright Office Actions.
