I came into Real Estate in 2000 while working still as a Medical Technologist at St Francis Hospital. Selling homes has become my passion and assisting sellers selling their homes in order to begin a new life in another home or in another town is very rewarding. Equally rewarding, is helping buyers find the perfect home whether to raise their new family or to settle down in a smaller home.I particularly like to help people who are relocating to Dutchess County. Whether they are coming from across the Country or across the World, it is always nice to brag about all that the Hudson Valley and in particular Dutchess County has to offer. Having travelled around the world myself, I feel that I can connect with relocation people in a special way.My goal is to be the best REALTOR possible. It is a forever ongoing project since Real Estate is always changing. To accomplish this, I am constantly taking classes to learn the new laws and trendsin Real Estate and thus maintaining my knowledge of the market current and up to date. My education includes the following National Association of Realtors Education Designations and Certifications: Accredited Buyer Representative, Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, Certified International Property Specialist, Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource specialist andSeniors Real Estate Specialist.Besides my Designations and Accreditations, I maintain my NYS License but taking the 22 credits required every two years by the NYS License Department.
