Irene is a local Brick resident, a full time real estate professional with 20 years' experience in marketing and residential sales and in new home sales in New Jersey. Raised in Kearny, Hudson County, NJ and working as a Legal Secretary was recruited to exclusively manage with her husband a 46-unit garden apartment complex from 1980-1983 which involved apartment rentals, rent collection and increases, and Court appearances in behalf of the Management Company for landlord/tenant disputes for 3 separate garden apartment complexes all owned by the same landlord consisting of approximately 550 residential rental units. Moving to Randolph, Morris County in 1996 with her husband and two children, it was during her career as a Legal Secretary for 16+ years and Office Manager for a Livingston Law Firm specializing in Residential and Commercial Real Estate she realized her love of real estate and decided to change careers and obtain her real estate license in 1997 and her Broker's License in 2003. As a full-time Realtor in Morris County, NJ, Irene obtained various awards both with Weichert, Realtors, New Jersey State Million Dollar Club and The Community Builder's Association of New Jersey Million Dollar New Home Sales. Irene is also committed to social responsibilities in the community. She currently serves on the Executive Board of the Brick Garden Club, Sunshine Committee which is engaged in many charitable giving activities within the Club. Irene is also a Certified Master Composter with the Ocean County Department of Solid Waste Management and gives back to the community by volunteering to educate the residents on the effectiveness of composting by reducing, reusing and recycling organic waste.
