    This Allstate Insurance keeps going up and going up and going up and I'm so sick of it and they give no explanation even if you don't have tickets or an accident they still keep charging me more money and more money I have three cars and renters...

    Customer service is very unprofessional! I get transferred countless times, or I'm hung up on. I regret going to Allstate overall because they decline everything. Just a negative experience all around!
