Terrible. They were sent by my home warranty it was in the mid 80 degrees in my home due to unit not working properly. I was told it was because my system had “too much Freon” and they had to take some out. When I said that didn’t make sense...

Alex came several days earlier than my originally scheduled service date, which was greatly appreciated since my AC wasn’t working and the weather is over 100 degrees right now. He asked what my AC concerns were and then got straight to work....

We were first scheduled with this company for July 17th 2024 then we get pushed back to the 24th. As a customer, I don't feel that I should be calling them to find out what date they're coming or time. Too many inconsistencies with this company....

Great Company ran by great people!Came out and Fixed my Home A/C in the middle of a 116 temp SUNDAY. I have 2 Toddlers of my own and my 4 of my young nieces and 1 nephew visiting for a summer vacation when my AC went out, it was a miserable...

satisfied and impressed on how fast the whole process was. Called in the problem. they sent someone out within 40 minutes. and Jesus was able to diagnose and fix the problem almost immediately. AC got fixed the same day. thank you

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this company. It's been over 2 weeks, and they still haven't submitted the required diagnosis to my warranty company despite multiple follow-ups from both my side and the warranty company's....

The Service Technician Alex was great! They were able to service my unit with 24 hours of calling and Alex was so helpful with explaining what he was doing and informing me about the unit. Definitely going to call them again when I need A/C...
