I do sincerely apologize for what happened with your driveway. I was initially contacted right before we got a large snow storm on a Friday. Since the storm was going to be very large I said that it should be serviced twice, once halfway though the storm and then once at the end of the storm, you said to just wait to the end anyway and I agreed that would be fine. I was told that the driveway had to be plowed by 5pm on Sunday afternoon because you were going to be away for the weekend. While I know that there are no excuses for the poor performance, I would like to kindly explain what happened. We ended up getting 24" inches of snow and very strong wind creating snow drifts and I had a few breakdowns and I was slightly behind schedule which happened to just about everyone else. I had been out plowing for over 28hours straight without stopping, and my employees were battling exhaustion also. I was ready to come over and service the property at roughly 5:40pm to say that we would be right over and you told me not to worry about it. I was a little late but I would have absolutely showed up and completed the work at no cost to you because it was my fault. I try very hard to keep my customers happy and exceed their expectations. You had talked to my father because he is an employee of mine that I had rerouted to go to your house and contact you. Once again I sincerely apologize and I do pride myself on the services of my business. If there is anything else I can do to make this right then do not hesitate to call.
