ICG Engineering was founded in 1996 by President Hossam Nasser PhD, PE, who has extensive experience in the field of structural engineering design, consultation, assessments and inspection. We have gained years of experience on a wide variety of projects for both public and private clients. ICG Engineering provides engineering consultations for commercial and residential buildings including preparation of construction drawings, interface with building officials for permit issues, and construction management.
