Ian Richard was born in Grapevine, Texas and then eventually moved to Grove Oklahoma in 2012 where that is his current residence. He then went on to attend Grove Public Schools where he played Football and powerlifted. He was good enough to receive a college football offer and while on a visit learned that college life 7 hours away was not for him. Wondering what he was going to do with life since he wasn't going to college some of his family friends talked to him about being a realtor. He looked into it and got hooked getting his license and signing with Keller WIlliams in early January of 2025 with a promising career ahead. Outside of the real estate world Ian's hobbies include working out, being outdoors whether it is being on the lake or camping, and just being around friends and family.
