Hutch got it done, and is always availale for any questions or issues.
I had minimal contact with everyone, as I was not the main contact. And it was all online, which is understandably not very personable. But all very professional and courteous. Hence, experience was ok.

It was an easy process. The reason for the middle range in the survey was just due to very little communication. We did most of the work online and didn't really interact with anyone.
