Attorney Swartz has been practicing law in Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire for more than three decades, focusing on Worker's Compensation, Personal Injuries, including Automobile Accidents, Slip & Fall Accidents, Medical Malpractice, Products Liability and Social Security. He has lectured and written extensively on the subjects of Worker's Compensation and Social Security Disability. He is a graduate of Boston College and received his law degree from Suffolk University Law School (MA). Attorney Swartz founded the practice that bears his name in 1983 in Chelmsford, MA, and the practice has steadily grown to incorporate offices in Andover, MA and Nashua, NH.
