We are a self-performing company with upto 6 employees that have many years of experience in many areas of construction/remodeling. If we have a need to use a subcontractor, they are all licensed and insured and have worked with us for years. Most of the time, we do the job and require payment at the end of the project. Bigger projects we require equal payments per contract.
