Having established the brokerage in 2003, Steven has been at the helm of the company for over 15 years and a Saint Cloud resident for over 17. As the Broker of record Steven is active in the day to day operations of the company along with his team at Homepride Realty. From marketing to training to being out in the field, Steven has a passion for the business that translates to his clients and their experience with the brokerage. In addition to assisting team members prosper in their real estate careers, Steven had personal production from residential real estate transactions in 2018 nearing 20 million with over 90 transactions assisting buyers and sellers predominantly in Osceola county. With both accredited buyer representative and Graduate of real estate institute designations and backed with over 22 Years' experience in the industry, Steven understands his clients wants and needs, hence the company slogan "Real estate, Done Right!" Steven is a proponent for transparency within the real estate industry and believes whole heartedly in honesty and aggressiveness in his daily dealings as a real estate broker with his clients, team members and other realtor professionals. Steven understands that Real Estate is a commission based business and if realtors do not make a sale they make no moola, but not every agent will put their clients best interests in front of their own bank account. In addition to assisting buyers and sellers, Steven also purchases and remodels a few properties a year in and around the St Cloud area which keeps him in tune with a myriad of home challenges and what to advise his clients to be aware of and the potential cost of issues and improvements they are considering when purchasing their own home. Born in Wales in the United Kingdom, Steven emigrated to Florida at the age of 15 and Lived in Kissimmee with his family. The relocation was spurred by the British economy under the control of Margaret thatcher at the time. Better opportunities awaited stateside and Steven's father came to America a few years earlier to start a business. Graduating from Lake Highland School in Downtown Orlando in 1995, Steven contemplated college for over a year, working mainly manual labor jobs and subcontracting work for Marriott hotels. Thus college didn't happen and on the advice of his father, Steven entered the Real Estate world in 1997 at the age of 19. Working at a small brokerage in Winter Park FL, he gained a vast knowledge of nearly every corner of central Florida and due to his drive and work ethic did well in his first year in the business. After 5 years and forever feeling the need to grow and not sit still, Steven obtained his broker's license and founded Homepride Realty Services. From a one room office, the company has grown in the last few years albeit set back by the recession of 2008 to now becoming one of the prominent residential real estate brokerages in the St Cloud area. And , naturally Stevens vision for the company is to be THE brokerage people think of when needing assistance to buy or sell property in the city and he looks forward to continuing to expand the company in the years ahead and letting people experience the Homepride difference when dealing with a real estate Company. Steven resides in St Cloud along with his family and is the father of 3 children and step dad to one. Needless to say it is a full house with no shortage of excitement. When not working, Steven enjoys travelling, reading, following the greatest football (soccer ) team in the world, Arsenal, working around his home and following a work out regimen.
