My name is Holly Howie, and I am passionate about helping people find their dream home or property. I have called Rapid City home for 39 years. I love living in South Dakota and taking advantage of all that the Black Hills have to offer. My family and I left the state twice and missed home so much, that we decided to return. This is truly a wonderful place to raise a family and retire. I am proud to work for Coldwell Banker Black Hills Legacy. I have worn many hats on my professional journey. I currently work as a secondary educator in the public school district. I was the classroom instructor for Careers in Real Estate and loved teaching recruits. I worked for the United States Department of Agriculture. I have a combination of 15 years of experience in the Education and Training career field, my focus being on Career and Technical education. My husband and I own a small ranch outside of Rapid City, where we raise Angus cattle. Our four children keep us very busy and our hearts full. I have lived on an operating cattle ranch for nearly my whole life. I have experience with agriculture and Ag lending. I am excited to work with local farmers and ranchers. I love helping people and have a PMA (positive mental attitude). If I don't know the answer to your question, I will find the answer for you. Serving others, and investing in their future, is my definition of love, fulfillment, and success. I am very interested in working with residential, farm/ranch, and investment clients.
