I have been a full-charge bookkeeper for over 25 years specializing in people who have not had an accounting program and perhaps are a little behind in their books. I enjoy teaching my clients what I am doing so that they will understand as a business owner what to look for in their bottom line and the figures from their business. I work with small businesses that need just a little help either weekly or monthly to daily bookkeeping chores. I will work alongside your CPA to make sure that your information will be accurate for your tax preparations. I will input all of your invoices, expenses, receipts, payments and bills and upload your transactions from your bank and credit card accounts along with any merchant accounts you may have. I am proficient in A/P, A/R, P/R, B/S, P/L & G/L. I can set up and pay your sales tax or quarterly taxes as well. I encourage my clients to look at their Profit & Loss along with their Balance Sheet report at least every quarter to get familiar with their numbers and goals. If you are not computer literate, I can help you with that as well. I am honest and trust worthy and accurate and take pride in what I do.
