Holly Cass

I was born in Indianapolis Indiana in 1976. My family moved to California when I was 3. Mainly living around Northern California area and the Sierra Nevada's I relocated here to Southern California Temecula area in 2000. Out of high-school my life revolved around competitlive rock climbing competitions and college where I studied Communications/Journalism. I am mother to Zoe (13) , Justice (9), Marley (3), and William Jr (1) and wife to William Cass. I entered into real Estate as a full time career almost a decade ago and have loved every bit of it. I love everything REAL ESTATE! I have consistently been a top producing agent since my career began. I love working with Buyers, Sellers, Land Owners and Developers. During the down market I got very comfortable negotiating Temecula area short sales on behalf of sellers who had a hardship. During this sad time in the economy I actually had my most memorable transactions. I love helping people and took a lot of pride in helping families find creative ways to survive that market and begin rebuilding there lives again. Many have recovered and have purchased a home with me again. I have completed dozens of triathlons throughout southern Ca, the Rock n Roll Marathon and the Ralphs half IRONMAN. I bring that same tenacity to my clients. I am very tenacious and I will not quit until my client is happy. I love nothing more than Wowing them with awesome customer service and helping them have a stress free experience. I don't believe that buying a home needs to be painful. I believe it can be fun and I make it my goal to make that experience a positive one. I am a professional negotiator and I love going after what my client desires.
