Helen Flanagan Sullivan grew up on a farm in Harrison county and it is here that she learned the value of hard work. Next came college, earning a Bachelor Of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Civil Engineering from Fairmont State University. Her business career led her to hold a position in Tax and Licensing Management for the City of Bridgeport for several years. Helen began her real estate career with Century 21 in Clarksburg as a licensed real estate agent. From there, she moved to ReMax Property Center in Bridgeport as an Associate Broker. In 2013 HFS Realty was formed, opening it's doors on January 1, 2014 in Fairmont WV. From that day, the Brokerage has grown to service several counties in North Central WV and has since moved it's center of operations to Morgantown WV as of April 1, 2021. Helen resides in Morgantown with her husband, youngest daughter and 2 ornery cats.
