Herb was very pleasant to work with. Helpful with advice. He out of his way to get approval letters out at after hours times when we were making offers late in the day.

Herb was very responsive with answers to questions. He worked with us through a couple different almost purchases.
He was very knowledgeable and helpful with purchasing advice. He was friendly and courteous.
