In her role as Senior Vice President and Branch Manager, Ms. Loelius specializes in real estate sales throughout the state of New Jersey, including office and retail leasing and consulting/advisory services. Ms. Loelius has more than 20 years of experience in real estate industry. Prior to joining Sitar, she owned several area businesses including Foresight Realty Associates and Shanahan and Brennan Realty Company. Ms. Loelius most notable transactions in Monmouth County include the sale of a 55,000 square foot shopping center, the sale of vacant land for an extended-stay hotel, and leases for companies including Century 21, Hand and Stone, Body Wraps, Sports Management and Intercat. Her current client list includes ICS Builders, Terranomics, Sitt Asset, Gottesman Real Estate Partners, Grand Pacific Finance and Hotels Unlimited. Ms. Loelius is a licensed New Jersey broker/salesperson and a member of the South Monmouth Board of Realtors, the New Jersey Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She is President of the South Monmouth Board of Realtors for 2009 and 2010, and has served as President Elect (2007 and 2008), Vice President (2005 and 2006) and Director (2003 and 2004) of the board. Ms. Loelius is also Board Representative and Director of the New Jersey Association of Realtors for 2009 and 2010.
