Originally from Venezuela, I speak Spanish, English and French. I moved to Gainesville over 20 years ago mainly to be closer to my family that has been living here for decades. My family has been active in the real estate business in the area for many years. Before joining Regal Realty International, I was a management consultant specializing in procurement and sales for multi-national Fortune 500 companies, and DOD roles. My role involved helping clients at all levels improve their business and deal with the daily concerns of conducting business. As a consultant, I lived and traveled across the US, Canada, South America, Europe, Asia and Pacific regions.In my current realtor role, I will be available to help you when you need me whether it is to give you market information about the area, discuss a property that fits your needs and desires, explain the Real Estate process and its transactions, or just answer a simple question that spikes your mind. Gainesville is the ideal place to live and to raise a family. I bought my first house here. My twin girls, now in College, were born and raised in Alachua County. Whilegrowing up they were involved in Dance, Drama, Music, Math and Swimming. We have a Dog named Nico and he is a Gator! Because Gainesville is still a relatively small City there is plenty of time to work hard and still be able to regularly watch sports, stroll an open market or go to the springs and parks in the area. In recent years, I have helped my older family to reorganize their lives in their retirement years and guided them through their Real Estate needs in this phase.
