After 13 years as a personal and commercial underwriter for State Farm, she migrated to a boutique wealth management firm, where she held various positions and eventually became its chief compliance officer and then partner. In her decade there, Heidi represented wealthy individuals, including some famous TV stars and pro-athletes. She also learned an advantageous secret that most clients and even agents arent familiar with: funding real estate as a cash buyer using margin loans. Heidi further refined what she possesses in spades: discretion, high-level professionalism, and razor-sharp attention to detail. Despite her professional achievements, Heidi always took a greater interest in her husbands real estate career than her own. Flipping homes with Dino was always fulfilling, especially when divulging her enthusiasm for staging and interior design. As for her partnership with Dino, their different strengths make them a great team. Whereas Dino thrives on social connections, Heidi flourishes from managing the businesss social media and behind-the-scenes needs.
