Heather is originally from West Tennessee and has over 20 years of legal experience throughout the state of Tennessee. She is well versed in employment law, construction law, and real estate matters, as well as other areas of the law, including family law. The Greater Knoxville Business Journal selected her as a 40 Under 40 honoree for 2013 and The Memphis Business Journal named her a Top 40 Under 40 honoree in 2002. She is admitted to practice in all courts in Tennessee, the Western and Eastern federal district courts in Tennessee as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
