Heather entered the real estate market with over 25 years of customer service experience. As a teenager, she jumped into the family-owned picture framing and art gallery business which taught her how to have a keen eye for detail all while maintaining aesthetics. After that, she spent nearly 10 years in the direct mail and advertising industry. Skills gains were the ability to work closely with the USPS and her clients to find the most economical way to advertise and promote their product and/or message. Her dedication and commitment to every transaction consistently proves to yield happy clients. Her ability to negotiate in a fair, honest, and ethical manner makes the home buying and selling process appear seamless. Setting the standard for communication, she maintains constant contact throughout the process with all parties involved. A Spokane native, Heather takes pride in her knowledge of our community and its surroundings. She enjoys the outdoors; a stroll in the park, a run through the river trails, snowboarding in the mountains, or backpacking in our glorious wilderness areas. Heather has two elementary-aged children that keep her young at heart and playful. She coaches Cross County for their school each Fall. She volunteers for multiple school projects any time the opportunity arises. Being a Rotarian for the last 15+ years has only added to her passion to serve her community. Rotary's motto is Service Above Self which is expressed through various projects that assist local special needs children and provide financial assistance for our seniors. Heather is currently the President of the Greater Spokane Valley Rotary Club. Heather is a student of Jeet Kune Do, a martial art that applies the idea of absorbing what's useful and setting aside what is not. This offers an incredible balance of mind, body, and spirit. She has been training with Northwest Jeet Kune Do for over 5 years. Its mission is to point the way towards self-mastery.
