Heather began her real estate career in 2005 as Closing Coordinator for a large real estate firm in Carolina Beach, NC. During that time, she handled over 40 closings a month and began to learn the real estate industry.She obtained her Real Estate License in 2012 and joined one of the most successful Teams in the Wilmington/Carolina Beach area. She served as an Administrative Assistant/Buyers Agent which gave her the "real life" experience needed to fully educate her on every aspect of a real estate transaction.In 2015, she relocated to the Triad area.
