Heartland Home Construction is a small, local company that offers complete remodeling services. We only sub-contract mechanical services, such as plumbing, electric and hvac work. All of our sub-contractors are licsensed in all of the areas that we service. Billing: portion due at start (typically material, permits, and partial labor) ballances due at specified times outlined in the contract (typically after inspections) We do not currently offer financing.
