We founded our partnership in 2009 and started our own real estate company in 2013, combining over 47 years of full time real estate experience on the Central Coast. Liz has a background in commercial property and property management in Chicago, where she earned her broker's license and moved to California shortly after graduating from Loyola Law School. Mark has made the beautiful Central Coast of California his home since moving here in 1994. With a background in commercial fishing and boat riggging, he's not afraid of hard work and will not rest until his clients reach their goal! Over 95% of Mark and Liz's business is repeat and referral business from satisfied clients. They both hold the SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) designation and have an excellent record of successfully closing short sales and helping clients avoid foreclosure. Mark is also a founding member of the Tuesday Morning North County Early but Worth It chapter, since the year 2000.
