We are a fully registered and insured business with combine knowledge and experience in general contracting, construction, roofing and siding business of over 30 years. We do not use sub-contractors other than electrical and plumbing, if and when a job requires it and we use the same sub-contractors on every job so there is a secure, trusting business relationship. HC's owner is on site with every job so you deal direct with 'the boss'. All of our work is done via signed contracts, prices are determined on a 'per job' basis with each customer so there is no confusion as to what you are being provided for your expense. Payment terms are specified on each contract. We do not offer financing.
