I'm also the past president of the Rotary Club of DeLand and past vice president of the DeLand Area Chamber of Commerce.Originally from Savannah, Georgia, I came to DeLand to go to Stetson University. After graduating with a bachelor's degree in finance, I stayed. DeLand is a great community filled with amazing people. It's where I met my wife and a perfect place to raise our four children. As Delandites, we take pride in the downtown area. Our family enjoys going to the nearby beaches, St. Johns River and De Leon Springs. We also enjoy Stetson University sporting events and the downtown music and art festivals. In my spare time, I like golfing, cooking and spending time with my family and friends.I wound up working in insurance because I love working with and helping people. I began my career in financial services in 2003. My wife's parents, the Muellers, owned this Allstate agency for over 30 years, and we purchased the agency from them in August 2017 when they retired.
