Harold Holt PRINCIPAL A native of the Lowcountry, Harold grew up in downtown Charleston and spent most of his summers on the beaches and waterways that surround the Charleston area. Raised in a real estate family, Harold has an established knowledge of the historic homes of downtown Charleston, Mt. Pleasant as well as Sullivans Island and Isle of Palms. Harold graduated from Woodberry Forest High School in Virginia before returning home to earn a B.A. degree in History at the College of Charleston. Harold worked as a Financial Advisor for seven years with Wachovia Securities, where he was responsible for the management and trading of assets in excess of $180 million. He also spent time working with an investment group that purchased, sold and developed land on the pacific coast of Costa Rica. He started his residential real estate career in Charleston in 2012 and received his first Realtor of Distinction Award in 2013 and has received it each year ever since. He currently lives in Mt. Pleasant with his wife Florence and two children Louis and Camille. Harold loves all that Charleston has to offer and works hard to find the best home that uniquely fits his client's needs.
