About Hans Hans Arends, Managing Partner and Realtor at The Palmer & Arends Group of Keller Williams Integrity. Born and raised in the Netherlands, Hans graduated from school in 1989 and immediately started his own business. He sold his first business and invested in a new business to become an International Commercial Manager in the food industry. In this role, he created joint ventures with European and US based companies, setting up Supply Chain Certications and overseeing operations of all these different corporations from his management company in The Netherlands. In the meantime, Hans became very interested in Real Estate and got his certifications. This is a 4-year Bachelor Degree in The Netherlands vs a two-week Real Estate class in the US. Hans returned to the family business becoming COO overseeing all operations in the excavating, paving and infrastructures industry. After spending most of his life in Europe, Hans decided to make the move to the US when he met his wife Michele. He quickly got into the Real Estate business, a passion that had never left him. After learning the business and all the ins and outs for a number of years, Hans believes that he found the ideal partner with Ed Palmer. Together with their team members, Palmer & Arends can really make a difference in the current Real Estate business setting new standards for how agents partner and invest with their clients. On a more personal level, Hans loves working out and you can find him in the gym most days early before he goes to work. He used to race motorcycles and has won many races and championships in his day. 1983 Regional 80cc motocross champion 1993 500cc enduro World Champion 1994 125cc Dutch national enduro Champion 1997 250cc Dutch national motocross Champion He loves to train and coach kids and adults learning to get better in riding dirt bikes and was a coach for the Dutch Motorcycle association for 4 years. Nowadays he'll get up in the middle of the night to watch races around the world! He is also a big Football fan!
