Hailey is an associate in the firm's Capital Projects + Infrastructure group. She focuses her practice on energy transactions and projects, including project development transactions, project financings, tax equity financings, joint ventures, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate representation of renewable and conventional energy and infrastructure clients. She has experience with an array of project development agreements and debt and tax equity financing transactions -- from power purchase agreements, EPC agreements, and O&M agreements, to credit, loan, and note purchase agreements.
