Integra Lending Group, founded in 2002, has grown from a 2-person mortgage shop, renting a 225 square foot office, to an 8 person lending institution, which has built a 2000 square foot state-of-the-art lending studio in St. Tammany. With many of our clients relocating to other states besides Louisiana we have also extended our reach into most of the national market as well. In 2004 Integra Lending Group started a mortgage banking division that allows us to fund Nationally. This means that Integra Lending is lending it's own money, therefore controlling the whole loan process.
