Lack of communication, told I would be getting things to find out had to pay for them. Found it they did not add the interest to the loan now have to pay almost 1000$ for their screwup. Refinancing my house took 2 months. Just am absolute...

I was approached by Lamotte Shippley and from the start of the application I felt things were off, this guy is a total creep and should not be working with customers. I felt like I was interrogated from the start and was being over charged...

I was not expecting the experience I initially had with Guardian. It was not good. However, the company did reach out to rectify the problems that were encountered due to negligence by the former loan officers. It was a nightmare.

This was the worst, most stressful transaction ever. I know nothing of the internal problems you were having but I do know that we jumped through the typical hoops for months, were approved, received our disclosure statement, booked our travel...
