We value every customer and their needs including special time cleaning up daily and keeping an ongoing open line of communication on a daily basis for project control. We have several employees and they are dispatched depending on the particular project demands and their strengths to best suit a particular project. We typically ask for a percentage of the agreed contract amount at contract signing, and a final payment upon substantial completion. The last small payment is made upon a punch list completion.
