I opened Berkshire Capital in 2002 and as a company we have closed thousands of purchase transactions. My business strategy is to give clients rates so low they want to tell everyone about us. I love making our referral partners look like hero's for referring us. We intentionally price our loans significantly lower on rate and costs than most of our competition. I would rather work with many well qualified organized clients and deliver them amazing rates and costs than clients that don't compare quotes. That is our company philosophy and it works well for us. Quality clients and lots of them. Price the loans fairly and treat the clients like family. When I am not helping clients finance their next home I enjoy running my non profit travel baseball club, coaching youth tackle football and spending time with family.
