These appraisals have been prepared for mortgage purposes for residential properties, including pre-construction & end loan appraisals on new construction projects. Other appraisals were prepared for estate purposes or tax certiorari appraisals, often which include expert court testimony. Gregory is an associate real estate broker and has been representing both buyers and sellers for over twenty-two (22) years.
