Gregory W. Philips is a 2000 graduate of the Temple University Beasley School of Law and a 1986 graduate to Temple University's College of Engineering and Architecture. He was admitted to Pennsylvania Bar in 2000 and is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, United States Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Tax Court. In addition, he is a licensed architect in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and has designed or overseen construction of over a million square feet of commercial, government, office and industrial and residential buildings. A partner in the Firm's Pottstown Office, he has practice in the Berks, Chester and Montgomery County area since returning from a 9 month tour of duty with the United States Navy in Kuwait in 2005. He concentrates his practice of law in the areas of municipal, zoning, construction, Debtor's and Creditor's Rights, family law and estate planning and administration. He represents the Schwenksville Borough Zoning Hearing Board and has been appointed a special hearing officer for the Borough of West Conshohocken. His corporate clients include Wagner S.S. Tavern, Inc., KMN Contractors, Inc., Subway for My Family, Inc., R.K. Kibblehouse Quarry Partnership, Latitude Armory, and the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce. In addition to being an attorney, Mr. Philips is also a registered Architect in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Philips is an active member of his community currently serving as Chairman of the Board for the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce Foundation, and an elected member of the Upper Merion Township Board of Supervisors. He is a member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians, Notre Dame Division #1, The Montgomery County Association of Township Officials, the Montgomery Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
