I am humbled by the opportunity that I have to work with people and talk about their legacy and goals, and the path going forward. This is important to partnering with folks and seeing their strategy play out in real time. Our ideal clients are triple A – they have Assets, they are willing to take Advice and are Advocates for our branch team. I am a graduate of Texas A&M University, earning a degree in agribusiness in 1999. I began a banking career in lending with national and regional banks. After 10 years in banking, I joined Edward Jones to be a financial advisor in 2008 and am now a limited partner with the firm. In 2023, I gained the Certified Exit Planning Advisor® designation, which allows me to add value to business owners with their business, value, growth and exit planning process. I attained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification in 2024 after many months of study and preparation. Our branch team consists of senior client service team member Paige Oestreich and client service team member Brantley Brown. Each person in the branch works hard to create an ideal client experience.I serve on the United Way Board and serve on the executive board of the Nacogdoches Economic Development Corporation. I am active in the Rotary Club of Nacogdoches and served as Rotary President in 2017-2018. I am married to Angie, and we have three children: Joshua, Jacob and Elizabeth. Being involved in all of the sports and kids' activities keeps our family active in the community. Our family enjoys working on the farm raising cattle and riding horses. We attend First Baptist Church and I serve in the Deacon ministry.I love the Nacogdoches community and enjoy the friendships developed and created through business and activities that I have been involved in over the years.I have enjoyed working with clients and helping them reach their goals.
