Laplata’s State Farm is always so hands on and make you feel like you have your own personal agent. I appreciate being able to go in person or call on the phone and it’s great customer service.

State Farm, Conklin, and Britnie fought for us when a claim was incorrectly called. They went to bat and got the claim overturned and money back for the higher premium!! Just great people!!
Also, Britnie , thier sales manager has been like family...
