GREG WALLACEASSOCIATE BROKER, MBA, SRS, RSPSA 4th generation Southern Californian born and raised in Orange County, California, Greg attended the University of Colorado where he participated on the club ski team and graduated from CU with a BA in Psychology. A few years later he received an MBA from Pepperdine University. He spent 14 years in the media industry rising to the positions of Entertainment Accounts Sales Manager at the Orange County Register and Major Account Sales Manager at the Daily Breeze in Torrance, CA. He eventually spent a few years in the high performance marine industry where he marketed and sold fuel injection systems and intercoolers for supercharged marine engines. In 2002, Greg started and ran Digital Cranium, an online retail DVD store. In 2004 Greg was elected as the Family Council Chairman for Freedom Communications. In 2008, he was elected to the Board of Directors at Freedom Communications and served 2 years as a Director. Also in 2008, that is when he purchased his first property in Wyoming, a home in the Melody Ranch sub-division of Jackson Hole. And since then has expanded his property portfolio. Greg began investing in real estate in the mid 90's then became a Realtor at the end of 2009 as a real estate sales associate and received his Associate Brokers license in June 2012.Greg currently is the managing Member of Bropart Investments LLC and Havapart LLC, both are real estate investment companies with investment properties in AZ, CA, CO & ID. He is also the Owner of 1071 LLC, with real estate in Orange County, CA, and Owner of GJW WY Holdings with real estate in Wyoming. Greg is a past President of The Timberline Condos HOA in Snowmass Village, Colorado.Greg's current Jackson Hole community activities include Past Chair of the Teton Board of Realtors New Member Orientation Committee, VP of the Porsche Club of America Yellowstone Region and a member of the local Elks 1713.SRS - Seller's Representative Specialist, RSPS - Resort & Second Home Specialist
