No employees except for the occasional large job.I may bring a sub in for jobs that require trade specific tools or licenses.(i.e. concrete grinding,plumbers, or electricians) I set or install all the material. I will not let anyone else set my jobs. I want you to be pleased with your new floor or shower and I take pride in my work expecting it to last until you are ready to change it again. The only money that I will ask for up front is for the materials that it will take to install your floor. I will not ask for any labor charges up front. Estimates are free of charge and I will help you with design and color choices if you wuld like. I will take draws on the labor if the job requires more than one week to complete with the final balance being due upon completion.I can fix your slab to accept most any flooring and will install all tile to NTCA standards.
