Bev and I met on Topsail so we do find life around here a bit romantic with the salty air, water everywhere, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, sandcastles and . . . and well, you get it, that's why you're reading this in the first place. We do the work for you, easing the stress, keeping you informed, insuring that you get what you want. Here's a little more about us: From Bev: This area is home for me; Topsail was my playground. After 30 years in the North Carolina Public School System as a first grade teacher and literacy specialist (a teacher's teacher), I retired and now enjoying a new love, real estate. Teaching taught me that students come to the table with varying levels of understanding, knowledge, and experience. My focus then was to assess, guide, monitor, and celebrate with my students to new heights and aspirations. With that same enthusiasm and focus, I now apply these same principles in assisting my clients in their real estate decisions and journey. I used to watch (and still do!) all of the HGTV shows and dreamed of being that real estate professional helping their client. I am excited that I now have the opportunity to do just that! From Greg: Outside of a formal educational detour, real estate is all I've known. My Dad was both a real estate broker and builder. For over 30 years I have been experienced a real life education in residential and commercial real estate. I have sold it, bought it, built it, developed it, rented it, managed it, exchanged it, mentored it, and taught it. The opposite is true in that real estate has done all of these things to me. Real Estate is my passion (second to Beverly!) that has taken me from the mountains to the coast. Living at the coast is where the rainbow landed for me. Real Estate here has its unique nuances. Always learning; knowledge, experience, integrity, and tenacity are the core principles I apply in guiding clients to attain their goals. I find exuberance in searching, discovery, and crunching numbers. Let me do it for you! Together we are the Bev and Greg Show! You benefit from having two perspectives, two people passionate about where they live and work, and two people that have dedicated their lives to helping others attain their goals. We joke about it and frequently talk about how we enjoy spending most all of our time together working, playing, raising our five adult kids (Morgan, Zach, Justin, Adam, and Brian), boating, traveling, and being responsible members of our community and church.
