Born and raised in Astoria, Greg Kyroglou has seen first-hand the wonderful transformation of the neighborhood he calls home. In 2012, Modern Spaces opened their 1st office in Astoria's Ditmars section and with its complete trust in Greg, appointed him to Managing Director. Within 1 year, they began looking for a 2nd and flagship office on 30th Avenue in the heart of town and gave him the responsibility of overseeing both branches with the vision of continued growth to the future. Managing two successful offices and leading dozens of agents and working as one of the area's top Real Estate Specialists has been an "amazing experience" and has proven to himself, colleagues and real estate community how hard work and great vision can take one's career to new heights. Greg prides himself on being a people's person and understanding of all of his client's needs.
