Originally from Sycamore, IL, Grant moved to Naperville, IL to earn a degree in Education at North Central College. Grant has taught 8th grade social studies since 2008. In addition, he worked for his family business for 11 years. The knowledge he has gained from his employment history, has provided him with valuable skills that he uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing listings! Grant has been selling real estate since 2013. He was the leading sales person at the Collins Group Real Estate Office from 2017-2021! In 2021, Grant decided to take his talents to Coldwell Banker, where he enjoys using all of their technology tools to improve his client's real estate experience. Grant's clients often describe him as detail-oriented, proactive, and personable. As a lifelong resident of Northern Illinois, Grant currently resides in Saint Charles, IL with his wife, Samantha and two children, Owen and Olivia. Grant enjoys spending time with his family, taking his kids to the park, playing golf, and traveling. Grant prides himself on providing exceptional service for his clients.
