He served as chair of the California litigation department for the firm from 2007 to 2011. Grant currently represents a broad spectrum of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, international trading companies, domestic distributors of international conglomerates, and franchisors.In 2015, Grant obtained his certification as a specialist in Franchise & Distribution Law by the Board of Legal Specialization for the State Bar of California.
